With an emphasis on training, every year each division will develop their skills by creating in-house incubation projects which will be branded and marketed to their respective target audience.
MMU implemented and fine tuned it's new business strategy and processes to better suit our clients needs. New strategic partnerships ensured change in the nature of the sales process, requiring less knocking on doors and more managements of relationships. Comapnies like Xpress Money & Sphinx Holding were key examples of how MMU took on international brands and grew their digital presence to be more effective in todays competitive market.
MMU established ties with two technology partners to handle high end development such as enterprise web solutions and the other to handle mid/low end development from HTML implementation to payment gateway integration. Since then the core team have diversified their talents further to stay ahead of the market by setting up divisions dedicated to Management Consultancy, Internet Marketing, Web Design Technology & Video Production.
Avnith Jankiram, Arjun Janakiram & Aum Janakiram were offered to merge with a web technology company in Hyderabad under a banner which MMU's investor had vested interest in, but bought back the 10% stake from the angel investor and continued on with business as their visions were not aligned.
MMU accepted angel investment for a stake in the company and shifted base from its 650 sq ft. office at Eldams Road to a sea side 2500 sq ft property in Santhome, Chennai to accommodate a larger team. The goal was to target business from USA and Europe by acting as a design and/or technology wing of the associated company. MMU successfully established relationships with 5 key partners namely Tavant Technologies, Softsol, RK Global, Determined Studios & Kings Curry that increased the company's revenue tenfold.
The firm grew rapidly popular through word of mouth and MMU, as fondly nick named, branched out its services to include ad campaign management, software applications, animated flash websites / presentations, photography, video production & marketing consultation for brands like Taj Hotels, Coca Cola, Saint Gobain, Hindustan Levers, Gatsby Raymonds Shop, Oryza Day Spa, Bounce Style Lounge, Polaris group companies & Pepsico India.
Matter Most Urgent was set up as a creative boutique to service start ups and small businesses with quick turnaround, quality work such as logos, corporate stationery, flash presentations and websites at affordable prices.
